Our shipping policy is very simple. We want everything to arrive to you better than you expect and so we pack every order with that in mind. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. Because of this, we may use a variety of shipping methods. However the primarily use the United States Postal Service.
Should you decide that you need to return an item it is imperative that you contact us immediately before you ship anything back. We may have you return it to a different location than it where it was shipped from. It just depends on the situation and the piece being returned. Make sure to pack it well and insure it against any possible damage. All stickers must be on them. We cannot accept back pieces that have been used. Please keep this in mind.
If you return an item and you did not pay for shipping as part of your original order, the shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund. We do not charge you a re-stocking fee.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
In the rare event that a piece arrives broken please do the following:
Contact us immediately
Attach pictures if you can, that helps us to see what happened. We also need them when filing the insurance claim with the post office.
Keep all packing material until the claim has been processed by the post office
