Our shipping policy is very simple. We try and ship everything out with a tracking number the next business day although it could take up to three business days. We only ship to the United States.
We ship a variety of ways depending on the size of the order and distance it must travel. No matter which way we ship, your order will be packed with care to ensure it arrives to you just as you expect it. Shipping costs are as follows: 7.00 Flat shipping for any order up to 35.00 Orders exceeding 35.00 are charged a percentage of your total order. FOR A LIMITED TIME, ALL ORDERS OVER $150.00 GET FREE SHIPPING (Hawaii and Alaska get free shipping via parcel post)If you find yourself wanting to return an item, please be sure to notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will refund your payment through the same method you used. The only thing we ask is that it must be returned in the same condition with all quality stickers still attached. All packages being returned MUST BE INSURED.
Should you decide to return pottery without contacting us first, upon it's safe arrival we will issue a store credit for the purchase price only. Should you decide to return a piece because you don't like the pattern or shape or any other non quality related issue, we do not pay for return shipping.
In the rare event that a piece arrives broken, please contact us immediately. (within 3 days). We will require pictures and upon verification that the item is broken, we will issue you a credit for the full purchase price. However, you must save the box and packing material unless otherwise instructed.
