Shipping & Returns

Our shipping policy is very simple. We try and ship everything out via priority mail with a tracking number. Occasionally an order comes though that is either too small or too large to do this in which case we use either first class mail or UPS ground. No matter which way it ships, your order will be packed with care to ensure it arrives to you just as you expect it. Shipping costs are as follows: 5.00 Flat shipping for any order up to 35.00 Orders exceeding 35.00 are charged 15% for shipping.

If you find yourself wanting to return an item, please be sure to notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will refund your payment through the same method you used. The only thing we ask is that it must be returned in the same condition with all quality stickers still attached. Should the item break on it's way back to me, you will need to file a claim with the post office to receive your money back so please wrap the pottery carefully.

In the rare event that a piece arrives broken, please contact us immediately. (within 3 days). We will require pictures and upon verification that the item is broken, we will issue you a credit for the full purchase price.
