Happy new year and welcome to our site! My goal with this site is to combine some of my favorite recipes with my favorite cooking medium, polish pottery. I plan on highlighting the uses of Polish stoneware as well as showcase it’s beauty and versatility. I tell my kids all the time that everyone is on a diet. For me, I try and look at it like this. Everyone has a way of eating and no matter what that might be, that is your diet. We cannot live without one. My personal diet has always been a struggle and I am sure this category will fill up quickly, if only with my own thoughts on this particularly bumpy journey. I hope others will join me in talking about the struggles they might have with their own personal diet.

Raising two children and running a household is alot of work. While trying to juggle the various responsibilities in my life I have found ways to budget better and discovered some fabulous places that help your dollar stretch just a little bit more. I am sure others have similar places to share, or ideas on how to save money but still enjoy the things you want to enjoy.
